4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. All materials remain our property until payment is received in full.

6. Hosting Terms

For hosting services:

  • Free plan users accept limited support and features
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Domain registration is separate and not included in hosting plans
  • We guarantee 99.5-99.9% uptime depending on your plan
  • Websites violating our acceptable use policy may be suspended

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel services at any time. Refunds for prepaid services are prorated based on time remaining. No refunds are given for monthly subscriptions after service activation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ababio Marketing Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
